Hey My name is Nardo and I chase my dreams everyday. Chasing your dreams is free, so why do people avoid that freedom? I choose to live for something bigger everday. Eating healthy is a passion I have because of the known diseases that come from not doing so. I choose to eat healthy so that I can stay active for my future kids, family etc.
